Simple Android/IOS app

Hello Freelancers! I have a simple app I need done for both the iOS platform and Android platform. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Before I get into details please read the following carefully! This will weed out those who do not read the entire posting as well as see how well you pay attention to directions and details. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Project Details: For this project we are seeking a team or individual that can provide a smooth UI as well as graphically design basic objects. The programmer will need to know both iOS and Android. You must also have knowledge of the Adwhirl SDK and its implementation. Experience with basic audio editing is also a requirement. Questions: 1. Will you be able to code both platforms for this app? Android will need a minimum of 3 resolutions incorporated with this app. This is a must! 2. Please provide work history you have done to better showcase your skills. 3. Will you be able to provide the programming as well as the graphical design? This is also a must! 4. What apps in the past have you done working with the Adwhirl SDK? 5. Would you be able to loop/edit a simple audio file? 6. How many revisions or iterations will you be willing to provide throughout the process? 7. How often will we receive a updated test of the app during the development process? 8. Are you willing to sign a NDA and Contract once accepted as the winner? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is a very easy app, two different screens and very little animation required. The main function consists of a screenpress resulting in audio. I have all the SDK code ready for adwhirl as well as all of the audio. A sample diagrahm will also be provide so that we have a clear picture of what we are working towards, as well take out the guess work of the UI setup.
