Super 3D animator and iphone app builder needed urgently

Animations will be used with the Aurasma software and will interact with Palying Cards To start with the JOKER in the pack. search for Coal Miner on google .so you will point your phone at the coal miner Joker. Then your animation will come in I envisage to start a lift coming up out of the card and the miner opening the door and stepping out thats the first thing to get right . The lift then goes back down into the card then we can do various animations with the miner himself. so if the card is moved he shakes and steadys himself if I tap the screen he swings his pick axe etc. For animations $200 for 4 and $680 for the app. Do some research on Poker Blind Timers. The app is something on those lines. Read up on 'Poker Dealer Button' and what it does in the game of Poker the app I want you to create is based on this with a Timer applied be easier to communicate if you understand Poker.
