iPad/iPhone Drawing App

Good morning, I'm looking for a simple prototype done for iPad and iPhone. The idea is simple to create a prototype and structure to develop from there, the app has three simple screens and it's meant to design over pictures or PDF. The idea is to create a barebone project as a prototype, only after the barebone is done together with the developer continue increasing features. Features of the app: - Create a project (add a new panel to the list). - Load pictures or PDF from iTunes or access thru cameral roll. - Click on picture or PDF to load. - Screen where you are able to draw squares, freehand, circles and add text. - Be able to scale, move, rotate, change color of each individual element after created. - (If possible save the file editable in SVG format) Please post your price for such app, your time to complete all the work and your previous app portfolio.
