Need a message broadcast app for small financial broking firm in Sydney. Administrator would log on to web console and create few categories, like asian markets, us markets, European markets, financial news etc..
Users would install the app on their phones, logon and subscribe to categories. When the administrator sends a mesage, mobile should receive it as notification, similar to reminder. The messages will go over internet. So we want simple instant messaging system. The app will be free and chargeable for some.
Ideally we would have some locally hosted LInux server, based on php/apache/Jabber or openfire IM - but technology can be your choice.
We will only consider developers that have succefsully developed app on iphone and android.
