Mobile Apps

I am looking for the creation of 2 mobile apps. One will be for the business owners and the other will be for the customers. These apps will integrate with an already existing online system and database. You will be required to work in communication with this programmer so that these 2 systems work seamlessly together. The first app is for the business owner... the primary purpose of this app is to scan a barcode or QR code that is unique to the customer and then enter the amount purchased. This is to assign the purchase amount with the customer and the business. To be then sent to the online system to be processed. This will then have a success screen when completed and the process can be completed over again. The second app is for the customer...This will have a view of all of the rewards the customer is entitled to... also the amount spent on different loyalty programs for the set time (this information will be gained from the online system) The phone app will be designed to claim these rewards. After selecting one or more rewards to claim the customer will have to scan a fuel receipt.... this is where I have 2 options depending of what you can program: 1) the customer is asked to scan their fuel receipt... I would like the app to then scan and process the receipt and to find out the date, total spend and the fuel litres. This is like the app lemon that scans receipts and finds the purchase amount for budgeting purposes. 2) If option 1 cannot be achieved then I want the app to ask for the fuel litre amount then it will ask the customer to take a photo of the receipt. Then sending this information to the online system. I am looking for a programmer to make my ideas a reality and can help guide me to better solutions if they know any.
