Mobile Order Entry App (iOS)

Creation of an app for iphone (ios5 and higher) that supplies a user with a simple order entry interface that sends the order either through email or DM tweet to the supplier. App will be supplied in version 1 : general app (template) and version 2 : specific for a supplier case. Basically the user interface has 2-3 screens : login and after slection of the supplier, order entry men (items and number of items to be ordered) and confirmation of the orders. After confirmation an email of tweet is send to the supplier. ## Deliverables ORDER ENTRY APP The App will be first developed as generix order entry app (Version 1) and from the generic " template" there will be programmed a specific order entry app for ordering of drinks and menus for bars and restarant with a terrace (version 1). VERSION 1 The application is started where you have to enter your personal data : Name, email, mobile phone number and twitter account. Name and phone number are mandatory. After this a menu appears where you can : Select the retailer (1) After this you you will be get into an order entry screen (2) where you can fill in the following data : - item description - number of items Press next for more items Press done for order order completed After order completion the order is send through email and/or twitter to the retailer (to be configured in the retailer data) with a confirmation message to the user. (1)The only master data that is kept for the app is the retailer data, which keeps the retailer **name/address/city/zip**/email/twitter/telephone/user id. The retailer data should be mainted in a friendly way by the app owner. The bold fields are displayed for the customer on the app. (2)In a later version the fields will be formatted/goven a drop down function. VERSION 2 Version 2 is specific for the bars and restaurants with a big terrace. Customers van make their order without waiting for the waiter to come. The order is send by email or DM twitter. The major adjustment on VERSION 1 is the order entry screen : Items are divided into : DRINKS , with free tekst field to be entered FINGERFOOD, same STARTERS, same MAIN COURSE, same DESSERT, same For every item a number to be ordered And a small free tekst fors ome comments (like medium/rare for steak etc) In the first logon screen with your personal data, also a new field TABLE number (free text - can also filled bu user with location of their table) And number of PERSONS. The number of PERSONS steers the order entry screen : it gives the number of entry fields per ITEM, such as number of PERSONS = 4, number of entry fields for DRINKS=4 In the send email/DM twitter : Table number, Customer name, and the items (for twitter possible in more tweets, always repeat table nr) During testphase a duplicate tweet will be send to antoher twitter account.
