Access CRM database requires additonal functionality

I have a Microsoft Access CRM database that stores individual client records, whereby each client has a record with all their details on, and from that record the database creates automated letters. There are numerous template letters, and the database enters the variables based on the client's record. The main amendments required are: At the moment, we deal with only 1 product, but we are moving into another market, so we need the database changing so that when a case record is created, we can specify which product is relevant and then the front end of the database would reflect this. So, if we create a case for 'product a', the database front-end shows the relevant fields for this product, but if we create a case for 'product b', the database shows us a different front end with (slightly) different fields and with different letters attached. With this 2nd product we need to add some letters. At present, the database creates word documents by using letter templates and taking information from fields within the database to create the letters. We need some of these editing and some new ones creating (we have the template with the content) Improved reporting. Slight cosmetic changes.
