.NET image uploader and editing

I'm hoping someone has already done something similar. I need an ASP.NET C# component to manage image uploading and editing within our ASP.NET application. Something easy to use like flickr or picnik. I don't want ActiveX or Flash, prefer using GDI+ .NET libraries for edits. Must be supported by all standard browsers. ****************************************************** *** I need to be able to configure image constraints: ****************************************************** - maximum number of images per account (we currently have 2 account levels, 4 or 12 maximum images per account) - image sizing (width-height). - file size (bytes), - set acceptable formats (jpg, gif, png, etc.). We plan to use JPG for now. - aspect ratio of images to upload ****************************************************** *** For the members, I need the following: ****************************************************** - An upload page that displays thumbnails. Users are then able to upload, remove, edit the images. - Ability to crop, resize, rotate, horizontal and vertical flipping - Ability to modify (cropping/resizing/rotating/flipping) an already uploaded image - When uploading an image, I need a wizard/popup that guides user through the process Step 1: select image to upload, set caption and description text. Step 2: Edit image using image constrains ****************************************************** *** For our non-members, I need the following: ****************************************************** - Need a gallery page that displays a all images for a member in thumbnail size - Need a popup to display a member's images in thumbnail/regular size, one image at a time with buttons to advance to next/previous image. Note: there are no restrictions on viewing or sharing images-- any image or set of images can be viewed by anyone. ****************************************************** *** Other details: ****************************************************** - Uploaded images will go into file storage. Each user will have their own folder to store images. - Need to store image URL, caption, and description settings in MS SQL table. The attachment has some sample screen shots.
