I have about 800 German Winword docs to migrate to c# forms and mySQL tabel. No business logic, no field properties to set. Plain copy and paste of labels and move text field or check/optionbox object from toolbar and name it like lable. Each form gets a table in MySQL with colmun names like label. Form and table has GUID as name. Quite easy and needs to be done until next week. This will continue for the next three or four month. Please qoute for generating 100 items in form and table. Check atttached sample. It is German, but I guess you don't need to able to read German.
