GUI for Tradelink

I am interested in creating a GUI application that will build, test and optimize trading strategies. There is open source software called Tradelink [login to view URL] This software can connect to number online brokers, which allows any piece of software the capability to receive quotes (data) and send orders. The software has what they call an SDK (software development kit) which is designed to make writing new applications easier and quicker. There are numerous example applications on their site. The software I would like made must be stable and reliable, it must have user interface to connect to number online brokers in order to receive live quotes and historical data, also it must have simple user interface that allow to build traiding strategies and test them (backtesting). After it must create report in csv file with trading details, orders, fills (see examples on tradelink site), also it must create equity chart. Importent: GUI must be user-firendly. In one click you get list of data providers, after u choose data provider and connect to him, u get list of financial instruments from this provider, after u can choose any finansial instrument and get his live quotes or historical data+export option in csv file, create chart, build strategy, strategy backtesting, report in gridview + export in csv file. This application must be easy to use in winforms also like WEB application. Language: C#.
