P14-XF XML File Import, Insert or Append to MS SQL Database using ASP.NET 4.5 C# WebForms

I require a skilled XML C# programmer to develop a resource that will enable 2 different XML file types to be uploaded using an ASP.NET 4.5 C# web application and have their records inserted or appended to two MS SQL Tables. Either XML has the same content and 5-7 data fields but different field names. A SQL Database script with required tables and required fields will be supplied. It is important that error handling and null values are dealt with. The general tasks are as follows with minor tweaks possible during development; Task1: Create Basic Input Form to enable file upload (Ajax with no postbacks). The form needs to read and display header and date range information and total records to the user on upload, prior to being inserted into the database. Task2: Extract metadata information from the either XML file type and store it in a parent table, including upload datetime. Task3: Determine the last record date and check for date overlap of records to append new data only. Task4: Extract the data from either XML file type and store it in a child table related to the parent record. Task5: Display the newly appended data in a grid with summary footers. Task6: Store the original XML file to a folder based on its ID in the metadata.
