Email Verifier - Simple Project - Easy Money!

The budget for this project is $20, bids above this amount will not be considered. I am in need of a simple email verifier software that will be written in .NET Language. Here is an example of what the software will need to do: [login to view URL] In addition to this the software needs to have support for proxies. • Needs to support both IPV4 and IPV6 • Must be able to add ehlo to each IP address, so that reverse dns will be successful. • I should be able to add groups of proxies at one time that may or may not require authentication. o For example I want to be able to add multiple proxies that all have the same password for authentication. I also want to be able to add multiple proxies that may not require authentication at all. o The software will rotate evenly through the proxies based on a number I set.  Should also have the option to rotate or not rotate. For example if rotate proxy checkbox is selected then the proxies will be rotated using the set number by me. Must have right click; cut, copy, paste, select all and delete feature. IP Throttling: • The software needs to have support for IP speed throttling. These throttling rules will apply to the unique domains of the email addresses. o Throttling Fields  Emails per hour: number of emails to process per hour per unique domain. (example: no single IP should process more than 400 @[login to view URL] emails per hour)  Simultaneous connections: number of simultaneous connections to any on email domain. (example: no single IP should process more than 3 emails from @[login to view URL] at the same time)  Emails per minute: number of emails to process per minute per unique email domain. (example: no single IP should process more than 3 emails from @[login to view URL] per minute) The software should have the option to multi-thread, based on a number I choose. The software should also have support for multiple columns: • Email • First Name • Last Name • Address • City • State • Zip • Phone • Source • IP • Time Stamp Software should be able to import and save and export in the following file formats: • Access database .accbd • .xls excel • .xlsx excel • .csv Software should be optimized to work with large file sizes without freezing or going into a not responding state. • Should be able to easily handle a file size of as large as 512 MB (2 million rows of data) without freezing or going into a not responding state. o Suggestions: maybe the software could just pull batches of data from the file instead of loading the entire file and using up too much memory. Software should have real time stats at the bottom showing what is happening with the email validations.
