I have completed apps with this technology. I would be very interested in completing this project for you. If I understand, you would have an iPhone App where you could take a photo using the iPhone. This picture could be posted to a server along with an email address where the information is stored. Then other users of this app would be able to view the posted pictures and send someone an email message. You require not only the app, but the server where the data can be hosted and stored. You can use your own server or a hosting service. I have a server that is located in Toronto that can be used at a very reasonable rate (a couple dollars a month). I can complete the app, the server setup/configuration and host your data. (if you don’t have these facilities) If I do not have your idea correct, you can let me know. I a based out of the Vancouver, Canada area and English is my first language. I had been programming for 2 decades specializing in databases and have several apps on the app store. I will also submit your app for you if you require this.
