95701 AJAX-JOOMLA COMMUNITY

This project is for JOOMLA-1.5+ Business Overview: I am the project manager- Call me "forestcall"- I am American. I'm building a new company to build community sites for two main markets- [login to view URL] companies: Mainly TV shows, movies, bands, video-game, etc. [login to view URL], religious groups, non-profit groups, etc. We have a small amount of start-up funds from the first customer. I want to find a very capable company that has an establish team with official physical office. Ideally you will be located in India. I will come to your office on a daily basis for the first 30-60 days. I will need you to help me find an apartment and then I will participate on a daily basis with your team and come to your offices each day. I want to pay a reduced fee for the initial beta stage development. We need to keep the first phase of your fees to around $4,000 usd. I will give you official stock of 5% in a newly formed company and we can discuss the details in detail. You will then be given a monthly running budget of $2500 USD until we can obtain further financing at which point we can raise the budget to roughly $1500 per coder. I have a strong belief funding above $1 million will arrive shortly after beta release. Project Overview: Please see attached image- We are building a complete community solution. We can use many of the existing components from [login to view URL] such as Extended Ratings, Extended Comments, Awards, Community Builder, PHPbb, etc. What we want to do is make some highly custom skins for all the features. We will be adding many features that can be White-Papered as a group so we cover the essential elements for the BETA launch. You should be able to get an idea by viewing the attached image. Im a fairly experienced php coder but my ability to use AJAX is limited. What we want to do is utilize AJAX in as many places as possible. Later stage releases will have the entire GUI using AJAX for seamless browsing. The Video component will copy many of the ITUBE features. We will of course release this in phases as we can not copy ITUBE in 2 months. The most important aspect of releasing beta and going live will be the seamless integration of all the features/components so that there is ONE user database table. We want the user to only have to log-in one time to use all the features in the site. The "HOVER-AJAX Content Area" should not be too difficult.
