Need site for anime done in php

This project has already been published, unfortunately hired the wrong person so the selection of a new programmer is open. The programmer is hired has to have very good availability for providing ideas and good conversation and friendly. Besides having skills in php, sql, ajax, flash and photoshop if you have more skills Great.. I should also mention that it will provide the majority of the icons, buttons, logo etc. .. Need to discuss in chat for the understanding and can quote much better. We will be happy to give details.
