PHP Developer Needed - 9 - Urgent

Hello developers This is a very urgent work which should not take more than 1 hour for any professionals or expert PHP developers. If you can do it ASAP, then only bid. If you have any technical issues like internet not working, or so on or if you have any personal issues, then please please do not bid. Don't simply bid please read the requirement very carefully. I will not increase my budget in any condition. Budget should be within USD 2-5 (total). This is the requirement: You have to just write a few lines of PHP code. 1) On index page, [login to view URL], there are randomly 8 featured skills from database which are show by slider under "Best Rated Skills" You have to just put the image from the database. 2) When checking as non-login user, there are 2 tabs visible: My Profile and My Published Listings tabs. Right now, in My Published Listings, no items are showing but when login then all the lists are showing in My Published Listings. This is a very small job and should be finished within an hour.
