video and pdf upload oscommerce changes

We got option in admin panel/categories to post a video and or pdf with the product, but we want this to be modified the way it works now For one it takes sometimes 10 minutes more to upload a video, but you cannot select the video's uploaded already, which is sometimes the case in similar products. It would be more perfect if we could have an option like joomla has, than we can select from the videos, pdf used , or perhaps add check-box to embed the code and video from http or youtube The video must load exactly like this: [login to view URL] so not sent to youtube but load it on here, and perhaps even use our own logo in flashloader the attachement is example how we want the options to show up in product , its shows 4 options, my client has similar to upoad pdf and video with max of 3 per product, in this case we need extra for instruction and profile details (is actually both similar as pdf so only 2 copy of existing queries) so that we can do the 4 instead of 2.
