3 Column floating CSS template with footer and installation

I'm looking for someone to make a 3 column floating CSS template using my graphics and install them into my database. I would also want this person to understand asp programming for more work in the very near future. I have other things I want to do with my site but would really like to have one coder, or ones that work close together on projects, to do the work. Will send a link to the site in question upon request. Thanks in advance. ## Deliverables The only extra page that I want to add is for the categories. I don't want them right on the home page like they are now but rather a link to the categories on the home page. More discussion after acceptance.? I promise to pay bonuses if I should add little extras as we go and of course if the winning bidder should have time to add them. I really would like this done soon but understand if problems come up so am very very easy to work with.
