Convert existing site to CMS

Simple to explain, but I know a fairly major project. I want an existing site converted to a CMS system. The site is [login to view URL] This is what I need: 1) The new site must run on my existing host. Full details available on request, but I have reasonable access, but not root access. Of course, if the CMS system creates the files which are then published via FTP, then I can build an IIS webserver locally, over which I have complete control. 2) I want to keep existing markup and CSS if at all possible. Certainly I want code to be XHTML and CSS compliant. I don't want to have to change the look of the site in order to get CMS. 3) Different users of the CMS must have different rights to modify different areas of the site. 4) I want search-engine friendly URLs. 5) A few parts of the existing site are database driven (eg [login to view URL]). It's important that some pages of the site can still be database driven after the CMS is implemented. 6) The technology available is pretty broad. The site can run on Windows or Unix. PHP and MySQL is available on both servers, MS-SQL, ASP and ASP.NET on the Windows server. 7) I don't mind whether I have a commercial or open-source CMS. 8) Part of the site is not in English, so the system must be unicode-compliant. 8) I am not asking you to create every page of a new site. Your job is to get the CMS working, templates created, etc, with everything installed on my server. I will copy and paste the existing site into the new one once you have finished. When you place your bid, please detail what CMS system you wish to use, along with a link to it's documentation, or an existing site that uses that system. If you choose a licensed CMS system, you must make clear how much that will cost, and whether it is included in your bid price. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform See above.
