Hello, i want to create a replica of a form that is available on another website but the form is in dynamic nature so want to change it on my side as it changes on the parent website. i wants to done it in a simple way so that user have to fill the form on my side like a fill-able PDF format or any other way and the information needs to b available to me for further processing.
