Work is to be done on a flash animation that is a swf file. This file displays an animated tongue in a mouth, and is to be called by an external program such as another flash app, or a programming language like Delphi.
## Deliverables
We currently have an existing flash application that needs work on it. To get an overview of what the swf file does, please do the following: Run [login to view URL] under the folder "flashtest" Click "loud sound types" This will display a picture of a mouth with "r" on it CLick Load sound data Click Play sound, you will see an animated tongue move. The some description of the functionality is given in the zip file under [login to view URL] There are a number of things needed doing in order to make it work for us: 1. The flashtest application must work with flash 6.0 like in a default windows XP application. Read "Flash version [login to view URL]" to see how to set this up. Please fix it to work with the 6.0 file. 2. In the flashtest application, the tongue displays only when a sound is also played, we want to remove the requirement to have a sound played. E.g. we want to display the animation, without specifying a .wav or .mp3 file to play In other words we want all reference to sound, wav files, mp3 files removed from the flash files. We do not want them to play sound, or need sound files as input. 3. The image displayed in the background in "[login to view URL]" needs to be loaded when the swf is loaded. At present it is hard coded. It is always the "r" sound, we need to change this. The background image should be input as a paramater, and is loaded at startup. It doesnt need to change during operation of the .swf. We just dont want the "r" picture! 4. The new functionality in "[login to view URL]" have to be put into the new swf file. All the source code of both the existing swf file [login to view URL] and the new commands is supplied under the folder "Source code" So we want just one swf file with these features/changes made.
## Platform
Should work on any platform that flash 6 works on. e.g. windows XP/Vista/Mac
