Web Address Location finder
I need a web page designed that will eventually be part of a larger site.
A customer will have a place to enter thier address information and we need to verify the address and return the lat long of the address.
I need a web page and database to do the following.
The process
Client enters address information
App checks to verify all fields needed are filled in.
App plots address on google map.
Google Map returns correct spelling of street address
Google map returns lat long of address.
If address does not return as valid,
Google map centers on city of invalid address
the user can move mouse over map and press the mouse button to select a location where the address should be.
App returns the lat long of the point
the user can say use this point and the lat long is saved with the address
the user can try a different address.
Google maps can offer a suggestion for it to use.
## Deliverables
Many people can plot an address that is valid.
The **BIG** difference here is when an address does not? return valid and the user selects where the address? should be.
Please, please do not bid if you don't understand this requirement.
Thanks and good luck.

I want to thank you all for bidding on this project. Most of you have experience using google api and many of you have submitted sample web pages. However, I want to make double sure you can solve that the problem I am having with geocoding addresses in new subdivisions that do not appear on the map. The user will enter the address and google will show the address it believes is correct. If the user accepts this address, the user address is replaced with the properly formatted address returned by google. However.... if google does not find the address, the map should center on the city and allow the user to move the map to the place where the address is located and select a spot with not street and push a pin into the spot and return the lat long of that spot and save it with the address. Most of the samples web pages that have been submitted return the geocode when it is on a street. I have enclosed a sample picture with a pin in the new neighborhood that does not show up on a map. Please reconfirm to me that you understand what I am looking for and that you can provide me the solution. Thanks. Neal
