Google map API / database implementation

We have a database of names and addresses and would like an asp page that can take this information and display it on a google map, with a basic pop-up when clicked (name/address). ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. Two asp pages will be accessible to? users. Page 1: Look up address table and compare to a (new) address/lat-lon table.? For new addresses, look up the lat/lon of the address (google api docs point to some geocoders available) and put the address and the lat/lon in the new table.? If the address doesn't come up in geocoding, mark the address in the table with an error flag.? If there is an address in the lat/lon table but doesn't exist in the main table, it should be deleted. Output to page should include a summary of actions taken - how many active addresses are geocoded, the name/address of any address that didn't geocode properly.? Other subtotals should be displayed from the main name/address table (counts of? six characteristics - "primary care", "specialist", and a few specific specialist types. This page will be run each time new data is imported into the database (about 1/month) to save time geocoding it as it is displayed to the user. Page 2: The actual map.? Look up the lat/lon from the table and display addresses.? The color of the icon is dependant on whether the address belongs to: "primary care", or "specialist".? Another color should indicate that the address has multiple names associated with it and there are some of each.? If there are mutiple of the same type, then that color can remain. The popup should be determined by: 1 name/address: popup should display the name (bold) and address. multiple names: popup should display address and one second tab, list the names (bold) one on a line.? Tab should be labelled "Primary Care" or "Specialists" as appropriate.? If there are both, then the popup should have three total tabs (main, primary, specialists). There are many examples of these items on google's api site. The data is an acces mdb file that resides on the server.? A copy will be provided to work/test with. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform asp.net is on the server. We will provide the mdb and can create a separate testing section if needed on the site.? If you have a way to test locally, we're happy to either review the output on your test site (though want to see the code to complete a code review before final approval) or can upload copies of the code to our test server when you're at points we can review things.
