MMA sports pool

I am looking for someone that can create a survivol pool for my website. kind of like football survivor, but for MMA. i need my users to be able to register for the event by a specific date. then each week i will need to upload the names and pictures of 10 fighters that the users will pick from to win. they will only pick one fighter from the ten names. after the fights are over i will upload the results for the 10 fighters. 5 will be winners, 5 will be losers. if a user picked a winner, then they will move on to the next week and pick again from another list of fighters. if they picked a loser. they will be disqualified from the competition. i will do this until there is only one user left. and that person is then declared the winner. there also need to be a page when the users log in to the contest, where all the participants can see each others usernames and for all weeks. with a strike through for the users that get disqualified.
