C#.Net Programmer Wanted

Hello, I run a website, [login to view URL], which is currently selling festival tickets. I'm running behind and need to catchup on that site's re-write. I need a fultime, all-out, experienced C# programmer (or team) who can pull some long hours. I'll pay $35/hr if you're good. I will however, insist you provide me with about 1-day at $25 so I can assess you. If you are good, that day will be paid at $35 (That's a fair proposition for both of us). Anyway, the crunch time will be for 3 days or so (12+ hours per day) to catch things up, get the screens going, etc. After that, we'll all be 8 hours/day for several weeks (or more if you want them). But, seriously, I need a C# coder who 'heavy' and 'willing' to get the cloned re-write of this site back on track. My experience is that a C# coder should have about 3 years experience to handle this kind of work. Also, I don't care where you live, so long as we can talk by Phone between 10-AM to 10-PM USA time.
