24087 Price Comparison Website Clone

Hi, I am looking for someone who can do a website clone for me? The website i want cloned is [login to view URL] This is a mobile phone(cell phone) price comparison website for UK customers. I need an admin area to update deals etc, and need it to crawl a list of selected websites to get prices from that i can update everyday, and so that i can upload XML product feeds etc. Also want the affiliates section aswell, if you have a look under affiliates on [login to view URL] you can see you can also have a website that is the same but with a different domain, for example [login to view URL] is the same website and the person who gets sales from [login to view URL] earns commission. Can anyone help? Cheers PS: I have had two programmers say they can do it for me but have failed to and not replied to any of my emails.
