Make wordpress compatible with website browsers

Currently I have a website that was create from a template that does not render the website correctly across most browsers. The website looks especially bad on internet explorer. Please see the attached screenshots and URL. I have attached the Photoshop (PSD) that shows what the site "should" look like when the compatibility fix is finished. I have the price higher than usual for a compatibility fix, because it needs to be done quickly. Good Luck! ## Deliverables The website is on the wordpress platform. It is currently not rendering correctly on Internet explorer versions and safari and firefox, as well as other popular web browsers. The site must be made compatibile and show as the attached psd for all website browsers such as chrome, internet explorer (6,7,8,9,10), firefox, safari, opera. The site needs to show the blue background as in the PSD, the blue slideshow color change as in the PSD, and the alignment must be the same as the PSD.
