10563 Advertisement - Page Rank

I'm not sure what kind of code should be used for these projects, so I just picked php, since I had to pick a job type. View image of what needs to be done at: [login to view URL] The advertisement will be placed on other websites where it will grab a random T-Shirt image and info from my site. I'm trying to avoid using iframes. The page rank should work like: [login to view URL] I also need an image that's a .CDR converted to photoshop 7. The format is in Corel Draw, but I don't have Corel Draw, so I need it to work in photoshop 7. DON'T BID if you're not sure how to do any of these 3 things. I also prefer to pay directly by PayPal instead of going through scriptlance. Let me also know what kind of code you'll be using. NO FLASH.
