Logo for T-shirt Printing

Hello. I need a graphic designed for screen printing on t-shirts. I need a fast turnaround. By Monday or Tuesday at the latest. The text will read as follows: [login to view URL] (larger font) yes I'm a natural (smaller font) Please look at sample graphic attached to see the look I want. The domain name "[login to view URL]" should be larger font and the last letter (the m) should be attached to a banner of sorts below with the text "yes I'm a natural" written on the banner. The "[login to view URL]" and the banner should be this color #C00000. The "yes I'm a natural" written on the banner should be white. The graphic should be against white at 300 dpi. The total width of the graphic should be roughly 7 inches. I'm unsure if I want a script font or non-script. The important thing is that it should be easily readable.
