I need to develop a application to display advertisement on remote location via internet. Application must be windows based Req. 1. Streaming server App send automatically footage via internet by hourly/daily/weekly footage into the remote computer to play. 2. Remote location App to play footage getting from server but can play some local video according to planing (could be after 5 min to 30 min or 45 min 3. User can upload video by any format to streaming server. 4. Source code of the develop App with copyrights. 5. Easy to customisation and logos.

Hi, you want to be able to control the stream in realtime? or do you want to set some clips and schedules to be played? Because the second case is much simpler, for example a shared network folder every terminal monitors with some file that defines the rules.
