DVD Software Re-Design

My project is to redesign a DVD to MPEG piece of software that was written for me a while ago. The software needs to have a complete facelift, new buttons, colours, text, etc. The software is used to Convert a DVD to an MPEG file. There should be no need to reprogram the actual workings of the software - just the layout, design, look and feel of the interface. The software was written in C++. A change to C# or VB.net would be good but not essential if the coder thinks that C++ would still have the desired affect. For an additional payment (about $20) I would like the coder to create a version of the software which is limited in some way, either a time lock or some sort of feature lock (this is for a free trial of the software). This will obviously need a program re-design. I have attached screenshots of the program in its current format. The original code was written by someone else so I can't offer much help with its design (I'm not a coder either). I need the the coder to have a very good eye for design and make the program look modern and new. I am open to any ideas and will happily take any changes or modifications onboard. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
