We're after object oriented DirectShow code hosted in an MFC dialog app. We aim to take the DShow code out later and use it in our project currently being developed. The interface needs to be functional - i.e. no fancy controls necessary. It will acheive the following: ~ Allows user to insert/modify/delete (24 or 32bit)still images, audio and/or video clips (e.g. BMP, WAV, AVI) ~ at the press of a button, dlg app will cause an instant preview of what was assembled ~ App will allow user to browse for an audio file to be played back with the stream preview. ~ preview will be shown in simply static control in dlg app. ~ All audio/video data will be inserted by specifying the clip's trim in/out as well as at what time it will start in the "timeline". ~ if clips "overlap" - as in traditional NLE - there will be a visual crossfade effect applied.(this feature is desired but not 100% necessary for the first release) ~ Dialog app will have simple buttons for play forward/play backward/next frame/prev frame/first/last ~ dlg app will have numeric fields to specify start/stop frame to preview I'm sure a lot will be discussed and suggested along the way, but for guidance, I imagine we need to be able to query the progress of a preview (so that we can reflect it in a timeline control). Ideally there'd be a callback or event notification.. recommendations/suggestions are welcome! All code must be neat, use Hungarian notation, and be well commented in areas we request during development. Updates need to be regular, communication is very important. remember - this code is going to be pulled right out of the supplied dlg app, so please write it with this in mind. Please - convince me you've worked on this sort of project before! Samples are very welcome.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
