358735 Multi-Vendor Store

We need a multi-vendor e-commerce store that is essentially a functional copy of bigcartel(dot)com that is public facing and the Interspire Mall on the back end. Additionally, this should be tied into a PHP scripting engine for advertising. This project can lead into permanent employment as we also have client development work as well. More: A management system for creating and operating a network of advertisers and publishers in conjunction with a multi-vendor shopping mall system. The system is analogous to a general purpose internet adverting and publishing system, with major some differences. Namely, that this will also be a system for generating and selling access codes for publisher's content (a publisher is a vendor on the multi-store system), not just tracking the advertising of the content.
