Pocket PC ''Ear''

I need a simple Software written for **Pocket PC** (2003 / 2005) in one of following languages: VB.NET (embedded) C++ (embedded ATL or MFC or Win32) (all prefered in Visual Studio 2005 - i am using german version, it should work with the german version too) What I need: **A software which "hears" (Microphone) for noise. It should count the seconds of the noise and the intensivity. If there was a noise for example 10 secods it should play a WAV file. ** It should be something like a "security alarm". ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Pocket PC 2003 and or Pocket PC 2005
