We are looking for a telecommunications or computer engineer for developing part of a web project. The web project is being built by a programer. But there is a part of the project that requires an engineer knowledge to link the web service to the phone system. We also have the phone company, who provides the telephone switchboard, which will have to be linked to the web. How does the project work: The site offers professional assessment for users that can call to chosen professionals by paying the call. The assessment call can be payed:a) 1,60€/ minutes, with no limitation of time or b) fixed price package; f. eg: 10min/15€. 15min /20€...and so on...(ppt. doc will be delivered with the prices) We need someone able to: 1. codify professionals/experts profile in the site who receive calls. 2. Codify each professional/member to the several "fix time package". and link the codes to the paypal/visa service. These fix coded must be renewed every 24h, so that can only be used once. 3. Codify professionals, to non fixed price calls option. 1,50€/min. So when the user call the professional profile phone number, and introduces code, delivered by the web, the call is done to the professional phone number, without any limiting time. 3. Codify every professional and link it to its phone number, so he/she professional is able to receive calls, and after the call is ended, the amount is billed to an accounting system, and then charged in to member paypal/visa account. Eg nº1: A member want to contact a professional, and wants to have a non limited time conversation. Member can choose an expert, see profile and press "call to the expert" step 2: introduction of payment data (paypal/visa. step 3. introduce professional phone number + code delivered from the web (non fixed timing). step 4. phone Connection member to professional. step 4. After conversation, depending on the time, is billed to the member account. Eg nº 2; A member wants to buy a fixed time package; (10min/15€). Step 1. choose an expert. Step 2. introduce credit card or paypal data. Step 3. web delivers code referring to that chosen professional and that fixed package. So that conversation lasts for (10min), and the billed amount is 15€. We need an engineer capable of developing a program or Api, able to link the web profiles to the telephones switchboard and to paypal/visa payment system.
