SMTP Account Seeder(repost)

Looking for someone experienced in sockets and familiar with the SMTP protocol to code a SMTP account seeder. The program should import a txt in that will be in the following format. host,username,password host2,username,password Then the program will login into the SMTP using plain authentication and attempt to email to a TO address, FROM address, subject, and body specified in the main console. A host macro needs to be made also just in case it needs to be specified in the subject or body. Three other options are also needs to be included.? One being to have the ability to specify the amount of sockets the program will use when checking. The second option is to have the ability to specify the timeout in sending the email.? The third option being to output the last SMTP response in a text file in case there is a problem sending an email. *NOTE* This is not a bulk emailer this is to check my SMTP account(s) are working properly in emailing into a specific domain. Also specify coding language and timeframe when posting bid.
