Small C or .NET App

This is a very small app I need developed in C or .net This app will run off of the attached MS Access database. There are 4 tables: category, inv, item_cat, and web_items I need the app to be very simple I want the [login to view URL] related to table.web_items by itemnumber I want the table.web_items related to table.item_cat by itemnumber or item_id and table.item_cat is related to [login to view URL] by cat_no Please check the database structure to make sure it is set up correctly What I need to be displayed all on same form main table = [login to view URL] in datasheet view (not every item will have info filled in for it in the table.web_items) subtable = table.web_items in single item view subtable = [login to view URL] (I need to be able to choose multiple categories of each item) To start this is all I need. After this project is complete we will add to this base project in future projects. Also please advise on any other ideas you may have I also need this done very quickly Also the tables need to be editable. The main [login to view URL] will have to be editable and the ability to add and delete rows would be needed.
