Tic Tac Toe

Creat a class TicTacToe. Class contain private dataa 3by3 double array of integers. The constructor should initialize the empty board to all [login to view URL] 2 player. place a 1 in speified square as player 1 moves and a 2 when player 2 moves. TicTacToe game, program 6.16.
