Draft / Template of a simple multi-language website

Hi, I simply need the "draft" (or template) of a website, not a full website with full contents. All the graphics are already done. I'm a webdesigner, but I actually do not have time to start programming this project, so I need a webdeveloper that makes me the "rough" structure, then later I will put all the additional pages with contents, texts, and pics by myself. description: - HTML, CSS, PHP, (no Flash) - I will send the photoshop layout with layers for every item (logos, backgrounds, etc...) - structure: home page + 3 sample pages - menu and website structure must be easily updatable (I have to add more menu items and more pages later) - 4 languages (I will send sample texts already translated). Important: when a user is reading a page in the website and clicks on another language, the link must point to the same page with the desired language, and not to the home page. - compatibility with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Mobile friendly. - Skype contacts: I speak English, Portuguese, Italian. - Price USD 150 - Delivery time: 4 days from the date you receive my photoshop layout.
