We are looking to have Designed and built a LinkedIn/ MySpace hybrid style website that will be catered to businesses that are part of the Professional Association. This project would cover the programming, graphic design, database design and website setup. Site features to include: 1. The Admin control panel will be accessible to the Administrator. 2. Moderator Control Panel where the Moderator(s) will be able to add members and profiles, edit profiles, or delete profiles. Moderator(s) will also be able to inactivate profiles and send messages to members. 3. The User control panel will enable a user to edit his business profile. He/ She will be able to select one of 4 profile templates. Some fields will allow insertion of HTML code. 4. Members will be able to sign up by paying a membership fee using PICA’s existing internet credit card merchant provider (unknown). 5. There will also be static pages (like Home, About Us, ethics, bilaws,etc.) Technology we will use: PHP / MySQL We were considering boonex, expression engine and others as the platform to base this site off of. WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN CUSTOM CODED CMS SYSTEMS. WE WANT TO UTILIZE AN EXISTING SYSTEM THAT CAN HANDLE OUR DESIRED FEATURES. YOUR BID NEEDS TO INCLUDE 30-SAYS OF WARRANTLY TO DISCOVER BUGS AND MAKE ADJUSTMENTS.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
