101112 Real Estate CMS Static URLs

Need a simple CMS system for a real estate site. The site will allow the admin to add content pages that are automatically added to the menu, send newsletters, add properties and feature certain properties on the homepage. The urls must be static and Mod-Rewrite configured. Each property listing will have Images, Floorplan Images, an Overview, google map of the listing included on the site (wrapper). Quick Clean and easy job... Can be custom CMS or free cms system modified however no copyright information is to be visible if a free cms solution is used. However, may be easier to just write the CMS from scratch.. Basi listing type script...
