Form for Photo Submission for wordpress.com Blog

I have a daily photo contest blog at [login to view URL] on wordpress.com. I need to create a form that will submit a photo after it is uploaded. Right now my current submission form is: [login to view URL] using wufoo forms. The problem is that it does not upload the photo to my [login to view URL] blog when a submission is added. The form only adds a link to the photo submission which I then have to download the photo. I don't want to download photos to my computer. It takes too long to download every photo and then upload it to the draft if it is a winner. I want to have a form that adds the submitted photo file to the draft post so that I can view the draft and see whether or not it should be chosen as a contest winner. Only bid on this if you are very experienced with forms and [login to view URL] blogs. If you can do this with my current Wufoo form that is even better. I am willing to consider another form service if it is compatible with [login to view URL] blogs.
