Small PHP application for NGO

Hello, I am working for a NGO - Not for profit organization. The organization require a small application in PHP to provide information to visitor at place. The information they would like to offer is at free of cost and related to trains running in India. The application running at site [login to view URL] is appropriate for this organization. Where, the operator will enter the "Starting Station" and "Destination Station" and will get the results based on two stations and trains running between them. There will be maximum 5 page of information need to be displayed to operator. Whereas, Administrator area should have facility to add/edit/delete the records of the stations and trains. A import facility of records from excel sheet will be an added advantage. Please quote your price keeping in mind that the project is not to gain any financial results. So, I am looking for a personal/company who can complete it within a week period with accuracy! Thanks.
