An Access form imports a text file into a table, VBA performs the import. I'd like to modify import routine so that it imports a line with less fields. Likely a quick job if you know VBA well. This is likely a matter of deleting a few lines of the code and modifying a field counter from the point: rstOrderLog("Cards") = Left(arrLine(k + 4), 255 Attached sample TXT includes 5 lines of text, 3 of old format and 2 of new format. [login to view URL] is the file to modify. Orderlog table shows successful import, error table shows failed lines. This routine concerns only recordtype = 3, recordtype=1 import should not have its code modified.
