Document Creation, Tracking, and Quiz

Project Description: I need a very professional coder! Please find the following somewhat incomplete description of the project I need completed. I'll do my best to describe the functionality here but can offer more support to the coder I select. I need a full web based solution that incorporates a freely available database technology like msde, access, or mysql developed using asp.net or like technologies. The solution will assist users in creating documents using a web-based document editor(i.e. open word in web browser). Once the documents are created the documents need to be reviewed and approved by other users which are selected ahead of time. Users should be able to be placed in Groups and assigned as a User, a document creator, a reviewer, or an approver. Once documents have been written they must be reviewed by reviewers. Once reviewed they must be approved. After the documents have been approved documents should be marked to be read by users. After the documents have been read the users should be prompted to take a quiz that has been created for the document. There are a couple of other criteria as well but these are the main points for this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Platform: Platform should be a freely available database technology for the backend(i.e access, msde, or mysql). Product should run on Windows 2000 or 2003 server with IIS installed. The front end should work with Internet Explorerer version 6.0 or better.
