Ecommerce web site with catalog

Experienced ecommerce web site designer. Bidders should submit portfolio of ecommerce/shopping sites they have designed. Web site will have three domain names that point to it. (sub domains?) (Domain Aliases?) I am looking to have a web site designed, installed, and tested that is very similar to this: [login to view URL] Everything that is colored charcoal grey will be changed to dark green. The header will be a static (no movement in it) design that will have our web site name and some clip art on the left hand side that extends higher than the header into the area where you see the oni moto logo now. The links on the left will be as per below (see last sentence under 'home page' below). They will link to catalog pages that will display ten items per page with a photo, item description, and shopping cart button. The photos can be clicked on to see a higher resolution photo that opens in a new window. The four pictures on the home page will be linked to that catagory page. There will be no search feature. For fun we would like a "choose your language" feature that will display the American, Canadian, and British flag. When one is selected you will get a confirmation as per your selection; American- right on! Canadian- Good choice, eh! British- Golly good! Currencies we would like to offer will be US dollar, Brittish Pound, Euro, and Canadian Dollars. I would like this site built so that as an administrator I can easily edit, add and delete photos, item descriptions, shipping info, prices, etc. I do not have the photos I will be using, so I will need an administrator option to upload photos and fill in text were appropriate. Designer will provide me with step by step documentation on how to edit web site. And editing through server. I am also looking for an affordable web hosting provider. Must be a well established dependable provider. See rest of my description in the bottom of the "deliverables" section of this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). I will expect a prototype site for my approval and may require modifications to it. If there is a limited number of changes please include that in your proposal. The site will need to be easily edited by me for adding and removing product, changing prices, changing shipping options, etc. Provide me with step by step documentation on how to edit web site graphically, not through code. The home page: Will open as an overview (various products catagories from catalog displayed, including features like lists of new products, most popular products, and specials.) of catalog with low resolution small pictures of the product categories. Those pictures will be linked to catalog page that shows all the items associated with that link. I will provide all pictures. I do not have photos now so if possible create an administrative feature for me to "upload" photos and information on individual pages? Static header, no movement in header, just the web site name and a simple logo or clip art. There will be links to product categories on the left hand side of the web site that will duplicate on every page. Including a "related links" link to our future sister web sites. The links on the left side will include: home, specials, body jewelry, rings, pendants, bracelets, badges, patches, accessories, related links. The related links will have a sub menu of our other web sites. Catalog: 8-20 pages organized by product categories. Up to ten items per page with picture and information. Each item will open in a new window with a high resolution picture (30% of page) with product information and shopping cart beside picture. Site resolution 1024 X 768 and utilizing CSS. Secure socket layer: One of the top three. Shopping cart: Allow multiple users. Keep a running total Include shipping options in cart Easy remove option. Finalize the order. Order page: 18 yars old to order. (terms and conditions to be clicked on) Accept credit cards + Payment gateway. Real time. Printable order form for check or money order orders. (include label) Currency converter? Or a converter that shows the amount in the customers local currency but a note stating all charges are in US dollars? Shipping options following address form. (cost determined by address, UPS shipping calculator plug in) Additional: Will be adding new product and pages in the future. Will need additional web sites similar to this one, with links to all. Suggestions and Requests page No search function. Search engine optimization. We require excellent support, possibly including phone support. Upload and test on my web hosting provider. Database: Password protected Administration interface to look at the order list. Keep customer data. Create customer personalization. Keep product data including click counter on individual product. Integrate with future sister sites.
