Excel/Outlook 2003 EMail Automation

I currently have numerous Excel macros executing daily automated EMails from specified Excel ranges through Outlook to Cell Phone EMails as well as sheets coverting to PDFs and EMailing Daily to group EMail accounts through one automated function and all working fine in Windows & Office 2000. The Excel ranges forwarded to Cell phones are sending out in a Rich Text format which is perfect even though the Outlook default is set to Html. I am attempting to upgrade to Windows XP Pro & Office 2003 and encountering some issues. I need code written for specific Excel macros to send specific range portions in Rich Test format to cell phone EMail addresses while leaving Outlook default format set to Html in order to use stationary temp plates for manual EMailing. My second issue is code needed inside Excel macros to bypass and/or answer the Outlook security pop ups which is now stopping the automation. I have the Outlook security addin which works on specified file names once answered, however my file names change daily and monthly. Hopefully there is a way to allow it to accept all Excel files. Must insure workability within existing macros which can be provided. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Currently Windows 2000 & Office 2000 Professional All working fine converting To: Windows XP Professional & Office 2003 Professional encountering issues!
