FIX PHP and Mysql application

HC ## Deliverables Hi I need to fix the code in PHP and My sql to the following application so it can work well and some impovements to it. The application is in spanish and this language needs some especial characters like áéíóú ñ so the application is not displaying them thats why you see this all over the applications contrase��orrectos. 2-As soon as you enter you will see [Inicio][2] / Buscar Archivos Hist��os this should not appear and the below part too because this goes first you need to make a doble click to Buscar under Archivos historicos 3- Click on [Agregar Archivos Hist��os][3] this is not working and it is giving an error. 4- in Contactos I can find a veru bad images like | [Direcci��a>][4] | [Tel馯no 1][5] | |:------------------------------ |:-------------------- | 5- [Agregar Contactos][6] is not working it is giving an error. 6- * [Label list users users][7] * [Label add user][8] are not working well 7- Datos Historicos. I do not like the way it is displaying the information if I have 100 fields it will take long time to find one and correct it so we need to improve this.
