Gallery Theme and Customizations

I need a new theme for Coppermine Gallery, as well as some customizations. In your bid, please demonstrate any previous experience with Coppermine Gallery as well as your anticipated timeline for completion. Preference will be given to bidders with demonstrated previous experience, as well as an ability to finish the project ahead of schedule. Coppermine Gallery must be used for this project - no substitutions. THE THEME I have attached several wireframes and mockup images for how the gallery should look. Please note that the wireframes have precedence over the mockup images - some things have changed since the mockups were created. The theme (with the exception of the administrator bar) must follow this design. The theme must have a separate login page, for both users and administrators. A link to this will be contained in the Main Page, at the very bottom of the page. This is not indicated on the wireframes or mockups. There is no mockup for the login page, but one will be provided. It will follow the general design of the other pages. CUSTOMIZATIONS I am not 100% sure whether or not these items are already supported in Coppermine. If so, some customization may be required for ease of use, regardless. 1. Link at the bottom of the Main Page for users to apply for a login. Administrators must approve all applications. A manual option is available if this is difficult to implement - please indicate which option you feel will work best. If users apply for a login using Coppermine, Administrators must be notified of applications (via automated email). 2. Registered users can upload photos, but administrators must approve the photos before they can be shown. 3. Each user is given their own gallery in a specific Category - automated. Please ask any questions before providing a dollar figure in your bid. I'll answer them as soon as possible. Thank you! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
