Magento - Google Checkout Issue

Having a Magento issue with Google Checkout. Have configured Magento and the Google Checkout account but still having an issue. Looked for help on the the forums but nobody seems to be having the same issue. When checkout is enabled the Google checkout badges are displayed. But when clicked it reloads the cart and does not redirect to Google. I'd prefer to fix this issue myself with someone's assistance so I do not have to distibute Google and Magento passwords. Will pay for the assistance.
